aww poor Tank. Could it just be a short seperation anxiety kind of thing? MAybe he thought he was lost and wouldn't be coming back home to you and it freaked him out. Now that he is home he is sitting in your lap in fear of being away from you again like that? Poor guy, I hope Tank gets back where he was real soon
