| I'm watching it now and I just want to puke. There are no words. I already know a lot about puppy mills and the condition of the dogs from working with rescues. I with EVERYONE would watch this show. Education is the best weapon in the war against this cruelty. I'm curious...in my county we are only allowed 3 dogs or cats in combination....(adults). However, people can breed dogs like this and it's okay??? Sick...just sick... |

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Oprah said that this show had the biggest reaction of any shown this year. The governor of Pennsylvania wrote and said that he cared deeply about the plight of dogs forced to live in kennel conditions such as those depicted on the show, and said the under the current laws the puppy mills shown were legal. He is proposing sweeping legislation that would include larger cage sizes, solid floors, access to exercise, and protection from heat and cold. There are many opponents to this, and he urges the citizens of Pennsylvania to write, e-mail, or call their state legislators for help passing this law. There is more information on the Oprah site. To find out who your state legislators are, see the Humane Society site: https://community.hsus.org/humane/le...up/search.html. This is especially important news for our Pennsylvania members. If one state can pass this, perhaps we can get more states to follow.
