| I will search for the link on the distilled water and post it when I find it. I don't think we know "best" but alot of times we know from experience. Also what one vet says doesn't necessarily mean another vet is going to agree....LOL Going to go search now!

| My vet told me that distilled water is good for them to drink, and it helps with any runny eye problems. Mine both drink it and never have runny eyes or eye gunk. I also use it when washing their faces and cleaning around their eyes.

| Finally I found it!!!! Don't worry I use to give distilled also until I read it was not good long term. Here are some of the links from another forum. Why Purified Water is Bad To Consume, as is Distilled Water. Why Purified Water is Bad For You Why I Now Say No to Distilled Water Only

| Donating YT Addict | We had to have a very expensive water system put in my house when we built because we have well water. It cleans out aresenic and any other inpurities. That's what Ozzy drinks, the same as us. If you have well water make sure you get it tested for arsenic before you or your pups drink it. Arsenic is naturally forming if there is ledge rock in your area. They have just made the acceptable limits in water much tighter so It's worth getting it tested. If it effects us I can imagine it would effect our little ones much more and sooner. Just an FYI
