| Do you think it's easier with two???? So I just posted letting everyone know that we are ready to start looking for a lil brother for Roxi!! I'm SO exited, and I forgot to ask a question.... I know a lot of you have more than one yorkie, do you find that it was easier having two, or more work for you??? I'm not too sure if having two will make it harder on me, or if they will have each other to keep company... God I hope I don't get jealous of the new one!!! Any feedback would be great.... Thanks!!

| I just got my Yorkie two weeks ago&so far it hasn't really been that much more work. The only thing that really keeps me busy is his potty training ... I take him out every hour on the hour, lol. He really loves my Chi for company. He's always wanting to play with her&sleep next to her She usually doesn't allow it though, lol, but sometimes if she's in a good mood she'll play back with him. I think it's great that he has a playmate&I'm sure that my Chi will appreciate it a lot more once he's out of the puppy stage. I'm also a stay at home mom&my daughter does keep me quite busy, but I still have the time to give adequate attention to both of my dogs In my opinion having two is great! The more the merrier actually, but my husband would NOT allow that, lol. He didn't even want me to get a Yorkie, but I wore him down&he finally caved, hahaa -Amy

| I have always had two dogs at a time and I personally feel like it is much easier w/two. They have a constant playmate and they really do bond. They enjoy eachother's company. I found w/the second dog, it has always been easier to housebreak them because they follow what the first one is doing. When we lost our pug in September Autumn was so sad and lonely, she would just lay around sulking or follow you around more then ever. It was so sad. The second she saw her new brother she was like a changed animal. IMO, its so much nicer having two then one!!!! You wont be sorry!!!

| My opinion I just got a new girl to be part of my family and shes 9 monthes old my other baby is 10 monthes old, both are tiny like babys. I am also sitting for a lady with an 10 week old puppy thats looking for a new home, any way little lexi was 100% pee pad trained before any other one got here, she has been a tremendous aide in helping train the puppy and the new baby girl seems to go where lexi goes so it has been great..They are finally playing together after a couple of days together and sharing food I have enough love and time for all of them but prefer to keep just the females, guess we will see how that goes in time this little males too cute but he has to be neutered if he doesnt find a home before i can decide to keep him...Hope that helps...Cindy, Lexi, Linzi, and Eli..

| I love having two. It's a little more work but not very noticeable. My only problem, it's kind of difficult to carry both at the same time and that's because my Lexie is a "teapot". She weighs 14 lbs. and she's long. And the only time I have to carry both is when I get them out of the car and the ground is too hot. We travel from the Los Angeles area to Lake Mead, NV, quite often, and it is nothing but desert on our potty breaks. If Lexie was a tad smaller, I wouldn't have a problem. Or my husband takes one and I take the other. But while we are at work, they're together. And I really enjoy watching them play together. And you definitely know who the boss is, my teapot, but my little Molly doesn't take much but she knows when to back off. I was a little nervous before I got the second because I didn't want to love one more than the other, and that's certainly not the case. I love them both very much and enjoy their different personalities, just like my skin kids. Good luck and enjoy!

Donating YT 10K Club Member | I have three...quite honestly yeah...cause everything is times 3. 3 baths, 3 to groom, 3 to clean up after, 2 that require grooming appointments, 3 in crates to bring to work every day. My payoff is enjoying watching them do...dog things together and I'm glad I have it all...times 3.

| I have a boy and a girl and love that combination. I dont think its easier but I really love having 2. They like to play and do things together yet they still like to cuddle and love with us. It is more expensive at the vet and for flea treatment and heartworm though. You will enjoy having 2

| I have three: First we had a female maltese, adopted a male yorkie and then adopted a female maltese. They all get along great regardless of their sex or breed and they keep each other company. I also think it was a great aid in housetraining with all three going out and doing "their thing" at the same time. Oh and mine were all older when we adopted them and needed some behavior issues corrected but once that was done...........we are just one happy family.

Donating YT 11K Club Member | I don't think it's easier on the person, more cleaning to do, hands full with walking or carrying, more things to buy BUT it's def. more love going around and it's such a joy and happiness

| 4 Yorkies here,, and though my PLAN was ONE,, one tiny little Cricket, that I could scoop up and go most anywhere with,, she rides my motorcycle with me,, went EVERYWHERE with me for months,, til PsychoWalMartGreeterLady "CAUGHT" me in HER STORE!!!(rudely kicked us out!!) then I hated to GO anywhere i couldnt take her,, so DH decided HE wanted a Yorkie of his own, a larger one,, so,, then came Daisy (now nearly 10 lbs),, who turned out to Demodectic Mange, so had her spayed,, and the breeder "replaced" Daisy for us with Trixie,, so then we were 3!! then Surprise! Surprise!! the breeder I'd been after for oer 5 yrs finally agreed to sell me one of her line with breeding rights!! SOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooooooo,, Now We Are Four!!! & I say,, "Whats One More?!?!?" lol,, i love it!!only thing,, bath day now is a much longer thing,, lol,, still i dont mind,, they are all good girls!! and when we get ready to go home for the weekend,, its no longer scoop up one little Yorkie,,but rather make 2 trips out to the truck with 2 each!! but nope,,wouldnt change a thing,, each time,,we're in Love,, All Over Again!! oh and puppy pads use,, made me search and find Washable pads,, (we now have 12 (between here and home) and save all that on disposable pads too! It's All Good!!!
