| Gina! Please answer! What kind of bow is on Lexi's head in your avitar? Does it stay on? I am having a hard time finding something that will stay on Misty's head without falling out,. Where did you get it? Thanks in advance! Pat |

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Until Gina can answer, you might want to checkout this website: Casual Way to Put Dog Bows In, it has some great tips on how to get the bow to stay in place.

One YT member, urbnalbino, said that she used the same bands that she used on her horses braids. Here's her profile page if you want to ask her. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/mem...rbnalbino.html

| Thanks Gina! Do you sew the rubber band on the bow? She doesn't have much hair, so not much stays in for her. Thanks Nancy, will go to that web site now. We must let our girls look pretty, right? Pat |

| the rubber bands are already attached to the bows.. i got them at petedge.com.. they are really cheap there... i also bought just plain rubberbands,, the tiny ones and i use them as an everyday thing and when we go for walks, i usually attach a tiny claw clip on to the rubber band so it holds the clawclip in place..

| Great web sites! Thanks! But, I don't really want to go to all that trouble EVERY day. Just a simple bow or clip would do. Will try the snap on ones and see if it keeps her hair out of her eyes! Thanks Again! Pat |

| i wish i had the clip to show you the bottom.. its not the one that the little ball snaps in the hole... its flat and rectangular and and and 3 pcs to it.. hard to explain... it snaps in and to release it,you have to sqeeze the two metal things sticking up and it releases.. i hope im explaining this right?

| Well, I bought the metal clips, put one in, and in one or two shakes and rubs of the head ---it was out! So frustrating! It was the kind that I believe you are talking about. ---push it open, and put it on and then push to close it, and push to open it. the top part is like a vee with a hole in it, and the bottom part clips into the hole when one pushes it! How frustrating this is. She is a stinker on this one. Maybe eventually she will just accept them and quit trying to get them out. Meanwhile, I guess it's just a rubber band. I will keep trying to put the clips in, as least the metal ones, she can't chew up right away. The plastic ones she chews immediately, and they are toast! pat |
