I JUST (literally, 15 minutes ago) got back from the vet with Tatum and the office visit has now gone up to $48. SIGH....everything is going up!!

I know it's only $3 dollars more, but I'm sure it will be even more expensive by next year

My total after all the meds, etc. when I walked out, was $135.....geez.

Next time I take the pups I will have to pay attention to the billing...I have no clue ....I paid $61 for all three pups to have their dew claws removed and tails docked.

$27.00 for the visit +++++++for everything else, they charge $11.50 just for clipping nail.

In chicago, for Izzy's check up that is saturday it'll be $57 to just have a check up.

In Iowa, for Charlie (30 lb golden/spaniel mix) it was $50-ish I believe. I know at the ISU Vet Med it's $50 to walk in the door.

I just checked...believe it or not an office visit with Winston's vet was...only $17.50!!! See, I thought it was very reasonable.
The specialist/internist was $50.00 for a second opinion office visit. Still not bad, considering all she did.
Winston's regular vet wants to keep it possible for every one to be able to afford to take care of their pets...great motto, I know I really appreciate it and her.

For shots&a years supply of heartworm, plus the visit is a total of 75$. I'm lucky to have a vet that doesn't charge like crazy! (This is in Hawaii too!!!)
