| If I were to go to a local city vet for just a basic checkup I dont think I'd get out of there without paying at least $100. Shots, medications, and anything more and its at least $150 + so I go to a "country" vet (thats what I call it) that I have to drive about 40 minutes to get to and the office visit is $25 and by the time I pay for shots, etc it usually well under $50. Our city vets here are ridiculous.

| My vet charges around $75 for a visit. I've noticed that vet services are a lot less expensive in the US

| My old vet was 25 dollars for an office visit. My new one is 39 dollars. They are a tad more expensive on everything but i think they care a lot more for animals. I recently took kiele to the vet for allergies and it came out to be $100. the well puppy check for Cago was $60.

| From what I've seen around here its btwn $35-$42.. which includes pretty much nothing than just a quick lookover by the vet. The vet I took Slade to as a puppy, didn't charge office visits if you were coming in for shots, just the price of his shots. So often Slade got the costs of his shots cheaper than just the office visit at the other place. I think it usually was around $30 for each set of shots whereas the other places w/ the office visit charge and shot it would have been $75-$100. But that vet is now building a gorgeous state of the art brand new office... SO I can almost guarantee he will start charging for office visit now. luckily mine are pretty healthy and don't have to see the vet except for shots and annual checkups.

| 45 to 55 here in AZ i took my yorkie to the 55 one for all his shots, trusth me it came out kind of expensive, even the medicine was more expenxive, then, when my shih tzu i took it to the 45 one, it was just 2 blocks far from the other one, and those ten dollars made alot of difference when cheking out, when you combine cheap office visit, with cheap medicine you'll notice the difference on the bill, and the service was the same.
