| ![]() I don't make a huge effort to avoid walking into Harley other than generally looking out for her. I've stepped on her maybe twice and now she pretty much stays out from under my feet unless I am standing still. But now, if my feet have been stationary, I always look for her before moving. She has squirmed out of my hand one time when I was holding her with one hand. The other was opening a door or undoing her leash or something. She squeaked a little, but was otherwise okay. I was changing my bed sheets on Friday and I lifted up the mattress to put the fitted sheet on. After I put it back down, I heard her scratching the sheet so I walked around the bed looking for her but I could not find her. Then I heard a couple squeaks and I lifted up the mattress. There she was. She had jumped up on the box spring while I had lifted the mattress. Other than her hair being messed up, she was fine. She didn't even get mad at me. When stuff like that happens, I don't make a big deal out of it. She is almost 4 months old, but I don't want her growing up into being a drama queen. |
