| So I was thinking....... I was thinking about how a lot dogs (well animals) where rescued and found after hurricane Katrina and honestly even in that bad of weather I know I could not leave my baby NEVER EVER! Am I the only one or do other people feel this way also?

Donating YT 500 Club Member | I know what you're saying, I wouldn't leave mine behind either. I was glad to hear that now people being evacuated are allowed to bring their pets. This was because of so many left stranded with Katrina.

| they have made it law here, that pets are given the chance to be rescued... it was the most horrible thing ever for these pets and their owners..... I have a friend from N O who drove 9 hours to find a place to stay that would take her pets(I TRIED to get her to come here but she wouldnt) I am so grateful to everyone who came here to help with the rescues... d
