| does anyone else's yorkie hey hey, long time no post, well i thought i would just ask does anyone else's yorkie use their paws alot? for example we woke up thismorning, and ali got up, chip wasnt impressed, so he got up, walked over to me and threw himself down in a mood, and it was obviously too bright in the room for him, so he put his paws over his eye to keep the light out, another example, when he is getting excited he comes over and taps us on the shoulder, and other little things, but alot of people who have dogs say that he uses his paws alot. just wundered if anyone else' pup does things like this Neil =p

| I can picture your baby using paw to block the bright light, it is so cute! My Kimchee sometimes uses his paw to 'scratch' my arm when I am sitting next to him. All he wants is to scratch my palm out from where it is and lick lick lick. I don't understand why he wants to get my palm and lick; I think at that time, he is full of love and wants to tell me he loves me sooooo much.

| Your Chip sounds too cute! Xavier does tap my shoulder, arm or hand depending on what I'm doing and what it is he wants me to do. I swear he is NOT a dog, but is more like a person than anything! I love it!

| My little Cordell has a habit of reaching out and grabbing my hand when I stop petting him... he just can't stand it! And I have seen him block sunlight too. He looks like such a little teddy bear when he does that! Of course, our Great Dane does it too, and that's adorable! LOL!

Senior Yorkie Talker | We have seen Dim Sum brushing his hair when he wakes up. He uses his paws to brush the bangs down into his eyes. I don't know why he does it but its so funny to watch.

| My Sassy uses her little paws for everything! Most especially to stomp at me when she wants something and is not getting it. If that doesn't work, she comes to me and pushes on my legs with both paws...over and over. Demanding little thing! If she only knew it is mostly this cuteness that delays her getting her desire, she probably would stop doing it. Sssshhh. (don't tell her). |

| Archie does this cute thing with his paws when he stretches on his back, he will pull his paws from the top of his head, over his eyes and down his snout. Must feel good! He also will lay on his back holding his Kong between his paws and shake it to get the yummies to fall into his waiting mouth! I had a toy poodle once who was left-handed, and would always touch us with his left paw to get our attention.

| Everyone who meets Layla thinks she's so catlike because of how much she uses her paws! She will swat at her toys and then chase them, and when she gets a toy she'll lay on her back and chew on the toy while moving it around and lifting it out of her mouth with her front paws
