My Kimchee sometimes uses his paw to 'scratch' my arm when I am sitting next to him. All he wants is to scratch my palm out from where it is and lick lick lick. I don't understand why he wants to get my palm and lick; I think at that time, he is full of love and wants to tell me he loves me sooooo much.
