I know, it is different with these little ones. We're having family over this weekend for my granddaughters b-day party and I'm a little worried about someone going out the front door and leaving it open. I never worried about it before when we just had our Lab, probably because she's hard to miss. Bella could walk right past you and you wouldn't even see her Luckily it's suppose to be beautiful here on Saturday (oh my gosh we MIGHT even hit close to 70 degrees, shocker! ) so I'm hoping we can have everyone in the back yard which is fully fenced. When I travel to my friends or family for an overnight stay I bring a playpen with me. I bought it used and it is for a baby but it colapses and has a handle to carry it. It has mesh sides so Pixie could look out and see you but I put my pups bed in there and a weewee pad and her food and water and when I can't have my eye on her I put her into her playpen. The playpen also has wheels so it can be rolled into another room if you need to. Brand new they are over $100 but I got mine used for $35 in very good condition. Hope this helps!
