| Ebay doggie seat belt This is what I put on Cecilia. It is a harness and has an extention that hooks right into the seatbelt connector. I love it and when we are not in the car I unhook it from the extention and hook her leash on the harness. Plus it's under $10 bucks on ebay. Can't beat that. She wears the XS size. She is 4 pounds and I have used it on her since she was 2 pounds. It is adjustable. |

| Sully LOOOVES riding in the car, for short rides at least. He scrambles into my lap and sticks his paws on the drivers' side console trying to paw at the window button to get it to come down! It's sooo funny because sometimes he actually gets the window down on his own! When my husband drives, I let Sully sit in my lap in the passengers' seat and stick his head out the window. I hold his body, of course, just to be safe, but he loves it! It's like he can smell every smell that flies by at 50 mph, haha!!!

| I made pita a car seat out of a milkcrate and a cat bed, I put the milk crate upside down and a cat bed on top with some small bungees. Then i strapped it in with the seat belt and she just lays down and sleeps or chews her bone just like any other time. It also cost about 10.00 |

| Duke loves to ride in the car. If I am driving by myself, I will place Duke in a "car seat" for pets that I found in a Lillian Vernan catalog and he loves to look out the window. If we are going to the vet or to do a little shopping, then I will place Duke in his carrier bag.

| Lucy loves going in the car, you just have to move the keys and she is on you! If its just me and her, she curls up on the seat and goes to sleep. Sometimes she will go on someones lap and then she stands up while they hold on to her and looks out of the window. she is so cute! |

| Bella LOVES the car. She especially likes to ride in my daughters convertible. I bought a 3 in 1 car seat for her in my daughter's car as I was afraid she would pay too much attention to Bella instead of the road. She is hooked in and can see right out the window In my husband's car she rides sitting on the middle armrest section on a pillow. I put my arem around her since she isn't ever in his car without me. But she can see out the window. In my son's car she sits on the seat We started taking Bella in the car right away and take her in it a lot so she got very used to it. I believe just like a little child, the earlier you introduce them to things the better chance they will like it or just think it's normal!!

| Both of mine love going on car rides, Missy lays there nice and calm and will even take a nap. Max stands up with his tounge hanging out, it almost looks like he is smiling with excitement. I have to blow the air conditioner on Max's face and he is just fine if there is no air in the car he starts to sniff around the windows like crazy.

| My former yorkie, Oscar (RIP) acted like an idiot in the car.....panting....crying....panting.....pacing... .panting.....UGH!!!! But I know now (because I was an idiot then) we all likely caused that behavior because he was not well socialized to the car and we babied him and things just escalated.. But now, with Lil Bit, I made my mind up to just ignore her and say"lay down" and I take her for rides OFTEN!!! She does great....She gets a little excited at first but she stays in her seat and does not jump or sit on me.... IT'S GREAT!!! |
