omgosh! That's terrible! I hope she'll be okay! You should catch that dog and beat the crap out of it. That's what I would have done. Or catch the owner and beat the crap of them instead.

Thank God !! I'm still praying and man those people need to be fined or better yet - taken to court. I can't believe people have no control over these dogs - I had the same experience with my neighbors when they had a pitt for 2 months in their yard - I just kept boarding up my fence but THEY should have been doing it on their side -
