Thank God !! I'm still praying and man those people need to be fined or better yet - taken to court. I can't believe people have no control over these dogs - I had the same experience with my neighbors when they had a pitt for 2 months in their yard - I just kept boarding up my fence but THEY should have been doing it on their side -
