mixing :) choosing the right homes is the answer.. no im not breeding just for money. its about the money when you dont research the new familie's situation, and just sell to anyone.. i will discount my prices if it is the right people.. it is very important no matter what the pedigree.. everyone should read cesar milans books before owning dogs Quote:

All puppies regardless of the breed or mix breed are cute.. But then they grow up and look completely different. That's when the people who got the cute puppy dump the mixed looking dog off at the pound. Please just educate yourself more. |
"ohio is a great state.. be nice." I'm sure Ohio is a great state. I have a doll collector friend that lives in the state. She's also mom to three Yorkie Rescues and she and I chat often about the Columbus Flea Market there in Ohio (owned by an Amish man) in which every month he holds a dog auction. I'm certainly not bashing Ohio but unfortunately Ohio, like Missouri, and PA and Iowa are known puppymill states and that hurts the many good breeders that live there. And, that 's also not to say that puppymills are only limited to those states. Unfortuately, puppymills are all over. E. |
mixing people do pay big bucks for a hybrid dog. it is true:aimeeyork Quote:

Doberman pinschers were a designer dog created from several breeds (including Rottweilers and some terriers) in Germany at the turn of the last century. Around the same time, Americans were developing the Boston terrier, starting with the mix of bulldogs and terriers. Even ancient breeds were selectively created at some time by humans who were crossing the best hunting dogs or the best herding dogs. That same kind of creative breeding is going on today. It is not going to stop- Improve hopefully! |
Bella may be my first biewer but Brooklynn, Bailey, and Peyton are not my first yorkies... Your ethics offend myself and probably most everyone here beyond belief.. And you have the audacity to really say that you have plans? I'd really love to know who the breeder of your biewer is... Yes, you are ruining biewers by making mixed breed dogs.. Plain and simple.. To intentionally breed mixed breed dogs would make you a BYB. I would never buy a dog registered CKC alone. If I said everything I really want to say, I'll be booted so I'm just going to zip my lips of anything more harsh.. |

Don't throw out such blanket statements, it's rude to the breeders who are in it for the love of the dogs, breed and to encourage/support/improve the standard. |
mixing breeds my ethics are fine.. not ruining any biewers or yorkies, just improving the yorkipoos and the morkipoos. dont mean to offend.. but i am breeding ethically. i have akc registration on my yorkie thank you. and my male biewer is simply sharing his good genes to improve the hybrids:aimeeyork Quote:

mixing so sorry, i guess im just responding to others telling me its for the money. i noticed some breeders really do it right. they thoroughly screen by asking the right questions.. Quote:
