Sending prayers for Abby. Try giving her some baby food chicken favored to stimulate her appetite. This is what our vet had us do when nothing else would work for Katie. The baby food did the trick. I hope Abby's blood work comes back great. Sending you and Abby hugs.

ok guys im even more upset now. its 630 and Abby hasnt eaten all day. I tried making her some chicken and she wont even eat that. im really worried n upset n mad. i still love her but im mad

do you think she would eat if you hand fed her? sometimes they like that? maybe peanut butter? anything to get some food into her...losing 6oz on a baby is very worrysome

Sending prayers for your little Abby. I just recently went thru some troubles with my little girl. Sounds like a different problem then I had, but she lost her appetite too. Mashed potatoes and gravy and scrambled egg was all she'd eat for a few days. I know there's not a lot of nutritional value in those, certainly not something you'd want them to eat long term, but it was at least something until she got to feeling better. The baby food is a good idea too, just be careful of the protein amount, it can cause constipation.

Does Anyone Have The Formula For Puppies. I Know I Have Seen It On Here. You Know The One With The Baby Food And Stuff. I Would Make Her Eat. Actually Jmo I Would Leave Her At The Vet, It Sounds Like She Needs On Iv If She Isnt Eating Anything. I Will Send Prayers Your Way. And I Will Look For The Puppy Formula On Here.

I just put my hand in water and put it on Banjo's little nose when he got home from his surgery! his nose was so dry- then he'd lick it and look at me - like Thanks Mom!
It is so sad to see them sick, isn't it?

I am so sorry to hear your dog is not feeling well. Do you have any Nutri-cal? If you don't have any Nutri-cal then a little Karo syrup and water might perk her up. Some Pedialite would also be good for her. I hope she gets well soon.

i have nutrical but for some reason she doesn't like it !!! If i give her pedialyte, how much?? infant or baby right???
