Very upset Abby needs prayers hello all we just got back from the vet n Abby is not too well. She still doesn't eat much n earlier it looked like she was having a hard time breathing at one point. They ended up getting blood fronher to check for parasites cuz the say sometimes the parasites go to the lungs n make it hard from them to breathe n she also got dewormed along w antibiotics to take at home. The thing that kills me the most is that she's getting checked for parvo virus!!!!! I'm really scared n upset please pray for her. Also pray that all the bloodwork comes back negative n that she will get better n eat more cuz she lost 6 oz since Monday!!! Idk y but she doesn't want to eat. Thank u all |
I am so sorry to hear about your Abby! Prayers for a quick recovery and continued health. Keep us posted on her progress! |
:getwell: sending prayers of health to your Sweet Abby I hope things get better |
Is she still shaking? |
Poor Abby, sending prayers your way. |
So sorry that Abby isn't feeling well. :( I hope the anitbiotics work fast and she starts feeling better quickly! Susan |
Will be adding our prayers. Getting her to eat is very important, so try things like boiled chicken with rice, the Natural Balance meat rolls - things like that. Even if the parasite check turned up negative, it could still be this. Anorexia is a common reaction with Giardia. |
Awww...I'm sorry about Abby. I hope everything turns out okay. I'll say a prayer and send good thoughts. (hug) |
she's not shakin now she's been sleeing since we got back like an hour ago. If i were to give her rice it can't have salt or cud it. N wen I make her chicken do I add salt as well or not? |
