First of all, I've been following lexi's story. I am so sorry.

2nd - I can't believe I'm posting these pics. But, I too went through the same problem. It is HARD lesson to learn.

1st pic - here's Baileys first groom - she was shaved due to puppy mats. I said I wanted her ears to flop - so this is what I got (YIKES - I cried - and I'm not a cryer) I never went back to that groomer.

aww, my old yorkie, candy, used to get really matted because she has a cotton coat and my mother never brushed her. we took her to be shaved once a few years ago so all of her hair was really short except for on her head and i think she's way cuter that way than how she is now with a schnauzer cut.
