| Stay off my grass!! We let Bleu in our front yard at times and I came home from College Station the other day and a boy and his dog (POOPING) in my yard was right by our mail box...... I WAS FURIOUS! I calmed down I got out of my vehicle and I said to the boy nicely .... Do you want your dog to die? He said No maam ... I said well my dog has been sick and also been to the doctor and it is not good for your dog to be around where another sick dog has been especially if it is sick. YOUR DOG CAN GET REAL SICK ! I broke him fast! I hated to do that but I do not like any dogs in my yard at all...We do not have fleas and that dog has fleas if I am guessing ... My dog is healthy other than his neck issue and I have no idea what their dog is carrying.. I think the kids think I am mean but I am getting a sign that says STAY OFF MY GRASS! Do you have problems with dogs being in your yard? We have nice St Augustine grass. How would you handle the situation the next time if there is a next time? I did not want to scare the boy about his dog but I wanted him to take me seriously too:

| use a scare tactic ... there should be a law that has people curbing their dogs. Was the boy going to "scoop the poop" at least??? Oh, just an idea, put a sign on your lawn that you had it treated with pesticide and it is fatal if a dog gets it on its paws.

| Hi Viki, I have had to deal with this. I go to my door and stand watch... Most people will curb their dog if you are watching. It drives me crazy. We have really nice GREEN grass. We pay to have a lawn service take care of it. (No pesticides) I don't have any easy answers, if some one doesn't get the hint, I ask them to please get their dog off my grass.

| I do agree, I think it is RUDE and very INCONCETERATE for people to think that their dogs can just pee and poop in your yard! Im sure they dont want other peoples dogs doing it in their yard!

| Our little street is like the city dog walk. It's in a nice square block. Most of the poeple are great about picking up after their dogs. But this one guy. GRRRRR. He has a german shepard. Beautiful dog but he leaves his big land mines. (poop). My husband is gonna flip out on him and I don't want to be around. He seems to let the dog poop right at the end of our driveway and guess who runs over it. Yep, good ole hubby. So now we have poop in the drive way and all over his tire.So now hubby waits in the window. LOL I think i'll block my ears for this one. |

| Vicki, It's frustrating as heck but, some dogs are so rude to poop on others property and so are their owners....... There are signs just for the occasion..... http://www.signswithanattitude.com/n...igns_list.html You can also make your own, it could say..... " R.I.P.....Here lies Spike, cold and hard.....The last dog to s**t in our yard."

| Yuck I would have gotten him a plastic bag and say "here you better pick this up because it's not MY dog it's YOUR problem!" I agree with what you did say, that will keep him from doing it again. I also agree with the fake pesticide lol! Great idea! |

| Sorry, I can't help you with this. I live on 40 acres in the country. No one around here walks their dogs because most of us own a chunk of land and our dogs stay in our yards. Hope you figure something out because that would be frustrating.

Luvs Lulu Donating Member | Oh man I go through the same ish as well. A couple times I have come out to find someone walking their dog on my front lawn. First off there are trees they can use. Second of all those people live in the area and should be walking their dogs on their own damn lawn. If any dog is going to brown out my lawn it will be mine. Then to top it all off I dispise that they don't clean up after their dog. I clean up after mine and don't want to have to clean up after someone elses. Ugg I get so mad. One day I completely flipped out on this lady. I had seen her walk her dog on everyone's lawn and not clean up after them. The last thing I want is to go clean my front or mow my lawn and step on poop.

YT 500 Club Member | We do have that problem frequently. People walk by and let their dogs poop in our yard, or the neighbor lets his dog out and lets it poop in our yard. I don't let my dog walk in anyone else's grass because I am afraid of the chemicals that may have been put on other yards. They could make her sick. So I walk my dog in the street in our neighborhood.
