Tucker is still beautiful but I know how pissed you must have been. We can never really understand another persons mind but I think she is jealous and, not a, " true friend", would be and so inconsiderate. This thread got a lot of attention and I found so many YT's personalities to be humerous, have to find something positive!!!!

Good for you! Of course, you are absolutely entitled to be very,very angry and upset and let off steam about it! Anybody would. She neede to be told off as well - okay, so you lost it when you had it out with her, but it is totally understandable as she was completely unapologetic.

After the initial anger subsides, then it's about how we react to this type of nastiness that counts. You are doing the noble thing by deciding to let it go and get on with your life and this makes you the nice person you obviously are. It is much more satisfying to get revenge in some way, but we mustn't fall into that trap or we start to sink to their level.

I am hoping that Tucker wins all the rosettes and prizes when he is finally ready to be shown.

I agree and my husband the JAG, Georgetown lawyer also agrees people sue for way to many stupid reasons these days. However, loss of a potentially lot of money isn't one of them. And as friends go... I don't think she is one. If she had stepped up and said...wow... you are right... I did a stupid thing.... or how about even saying... I'm sorry I didn't realize you would be so upset... or the always simple but meaningful "i'm sorry", then if you sued her... it might seem a little extreme. As it is, this lady is not and was not being a friend. Someone else asked if you could sue... I asked my husband and he said it is a pretty cut and dry case... and not far reaching at all if she truly was planning to show him and he has pups on the way.

I had a pappaw and his brother sued him... over inherited land... it is horrible when this happens. But this friendship is obviously (from Emerald's posts) a loss cause regardless, why shouldn't she recover the money the lady costs her. I mean if it was just a few dollars to make a point...no... but from what Emerald was saying it could be much more than that!

I don't know... the anger is probably going to eat at her and that way she might have resolution. I probably wouldn't do it either.... as a matter of fact I know I wouldn't but the option is there.

Yeah, it really made me feel better knowing that everyone else here was mad right along with me! Little Brooke had her 5 beautiful puppies last night (well this morning), and I really calmed down a lot. I know his coat will grow back, but gosh, that's part of what I love about a Yorkie...their coat! Poor little thing was shaking all yesterday too...I know he's not used to being cold. But that sort of gives me a REALLY good excuse to buy him lots of new clothes hahaha. Thanks guys, you all truly made me feel better...

Ok now that I have cried my way thru all of these post and gotten past the hurt part... Its official....... I AM MAJOR TICKED OFF... and not at you Dear Nicki... but at this so called friend... who in the Samhell does this person think she is? What does she thinks gives her this power over you and one of your babies? Yes Tuckers hair will grow back without a doubt and everyone is right that he is still a babie doll and a real heart breaker... (I'm alittle bias...)
I was so proud of his coat, and when he went to live with you and you told me you were going to show him I was in heaven and now because of one IDIOTS jealousy his show carrer is being put on hold. If this person were within driving distance for me I can promise that she wouldn't hang up on me nor would she be very happy to meet me. In my eyes what she has done is only pointing out the envy that she has for you because you have something that she doesn't. I'm sorry this happened, well no really I'm PO'd in a big way but don't worry yourself about it too much. Tucker is a very loving little man and I know he knows how much you love him and the lack of hair won't change that. Congradulations on the new babies I'm looking forward to seeing pictures soon. I had a little of 4 on the 17th and I'm waiting on a litter anyday now out of Johnny and my Show girl Paris.

Man I can't imagine just cutting somebody esles dog's fur without consulting them, unless it was a serious emergency. That is really rude. I think I would have to call her (once I calmed down) and explain how it made me feel, and that in the future her grooming habits of MY dogs should be left to when I ASK for them. I am so baffled by that!

Oh god I know...I should let her talk to YOU...the person who spent 7 months growing that coat and keeping it maintained... I still can't believe it myself, I'm just trying to concentrate on the new litter, but every once in awhile I just start crying. I thought it was interesting because didn't something like that happen to poor Johnny too? Even though she was helping you out, still I bet you cried for weeks. I will never forget the moment that I saw him...my jaw dropped to the floor. Well, it has certainly taught me something...I will NEVER EVER leave my babies with ANYONE except family anymore....and even then they will have STRICT instructions. The ridiculous thing is that SHE asked to keep him for the night... Ok I need to stop talking about it because I'm getting pissed again...

Aww you're in puppy heaven too right now! I can't wait to see pictures of the Paris babies...they're going to be gorgeous I'm sure!
