Man I can't imagine just cutting somebody esles dog's fur without consulting them, unless it was a serious emergency. That is really rude. I think I would have to call her (once I calmed down) and explain how it made me feel, and that in the future her grooming habits of MY dogs should be left to when I ASK for them. I am so baffled by that!
