Hmmm.... I know you want to help them out. I really fear for their health. There are so many other responsible, caring breeders that you can get a healthy puppy from. I'm sorry that the puppies are in a bad situation. However, you should only buy a puppy that is healthy.

Hun It really does not sound good. unless she is giving the pups away and even then I would worry. I am sorry I know you really feel bad for the puppies but I really would worry about them being healthy. It you are willing to wait and get a great pup there are a couple great breeders pretty close by. They may not have Pups right now but maybe soon.

well this stinks it was going to be my birthday present thank you all for your help it was really appreciated

Maybe you should discuss this with your vet for his/her opinion and I hope someone takes those pups away from this person.
