Peticure? Has anyone tried this new item yet - Peticure? I saw it on TV and went on the website. I don't want to purchase it if it doesn't really work so if anyone is using it, please reply. My pups hate having their nails trimmed and if this really works ...

I've heard the prodcut is great, but the customer service has been a nightmare for me so far. I ordered mine on the 7th of February and they took money out of my bank account (I used a debit card) 3 days after that. They still haven't shipped my peticure. I have emailed numerous times. Last week they told me it would ship by the end of the week. Now it's this week and it still hasn't shipped so they told me I'd have it by the end of the month. Pretty poor business practices IMO, but I'm hoping the product is worth the wait.

I ordered one of these on Jan 28th. They charged my credit card on the 29th. When I didn't rec it by last weekend I e-mailed them. They said it may take 4 weeks as they really got slammed over the holidays. I told them I would be glad to wait but don't pay for things I have not yet rec, and told them to issue me a credit and rebill when it is shipped. If credit is not given by the end of this week, I will dispute the charges.
