I've heard the prodcut is great, but the customer service has been a nightmare for me so far. I ordered mine on the 7th of February and they took money out of my bank account (I used a debit card) 3 days after that. They still haven't shipped my peticure. I have emailed numerous times. Last week they told me it would ship by the end of the week. Now it's this week and it still hasn't shipped so they told me I'd have it by the end of the month. Pretty poor business practices IMO, but I'm hoping the product is worth the wait. |
