I dont think it was acutally a pee pad, Im really not sure but I know she was not going outside. I think I may try outside though.

This is a web-site for a nifty little pet playpen that I just recently bought and love. It is light enough to move around. Maybe you could purchase something like this and move it around in your main living area. That way Izzy can be around the family.
By the way, I am blonde, too, and pay for it most days at my work place. Everyone finds great pleasure in telling blonde jokes. The bad thing is that jokes fall flat for me. Have no clue as to what the punch line is. That only makes things worse. Seems to me that at my age I should be getting more respect.

Yes I understand what you're saying as it was much harder to keep my second one in an x pen all the time for potty training purposes like I did when I just had one. With an xpen you could keep it in the room you are in at least. I put a piece of vinyl under the pen and used a cleaner everytime they had an accident. I have mine trained to go outside, but I did resort to putting a diaper on my Yorkie just to prevent any possible damage to my home and although I rarely find a pee stain in it, it's a god send for me. You could also keep her leashed with you so you can keep your eye on her. Good luck.

Yea I have a vinyl table cloth down where she is staying. And I CLEAN like crazy with vinegar, and then with Natures Miracle, and baking soda, I will try anything to get the smell out. I know Im a freak, at least I can admit it lol. The way shes been pooping I think she may do better to try to train her to go outside instead of pee pads. I think Ill start this on Friday going outside.

Until you have more time to spend with her-leash her in the kitchen when you're gone with a blanket on the floor nearby and her food and water. She most likely will not pee on the blanket if there is bare floor, right guys??
This is what I would do- then start fresh when you are home more often. You gotta do what ya gotta do. She is still so young too.

I take him out about 10-15 min after he eats. So far this has been working better for me than the potty pads.

I did this training as well, never liked the pads. I always took him out about every 2-3 hours. Watching him like a hawk in the house haha. When id leave for work i found he'd pee, i expected it. but now after like weeks he no longer pees til i get home. he has had a coupleof accidents and maybe a couple my fault. i suggest taking him out if you can

I am not sure what other posts above me are saying as I didn't read through them. It just came into my mind that the pee smell might not have been washed off if you have not use white vinegar or pet pee smell remover. Add some white vinegar when you have the bed and blankie washed or soak it for5-10 mins before washing it just to get the smell off. White vinegar is great because once its washed, you won't smell it and its cheap.
