I did a terrible thing to my puppy today, and I want to confess it

I made a promise to post positive and I will hold myself to that, but it cannot hold me back from saying what my heart needs to say at this moment.

Please, please seek some help, because I fear for this baby.
I know in my heart that you did not mean to do this, but at some level you must have realized that what you had done was dangerous, otherwise you would not have posted it here where you knew you would be chastised for your actions.

This thread could go on and on ... and will probably get closed at some point, but I believe that you know in your heart what must be done. Please keep in my mind that the posts on this thread are here because you asked for them .... and everyone is posting because they care very deeply.
Please, please, PLEASE ... put the puppy first.

I think it was just really stupid for you to say that on a public forum in the first place. Obviously you know you did something wrong, so fix it instead of making your little "confession". I don't know what you were looking for....sympathy? Obviously you knew what was going to happen so I think you're just trying to rationalize what you did.

I want to say something but i know i can't post what i actually want to say. 6 months is a baby for heaven's sake...mine are a year and they sometimes have accidents. do i get mad? No..sometimes, they can't help it! That's why it's called ACCIDENTS!!

I think you are brave ,, or a glutton for punishment ,, to come to an open forum and admit abuse of a small animal,,but certainly hope you can learn from your mistake,, sounds like you might do better to rehome your dog,,,and maybe get yourself a CAT,,they have a whole different set of issues and attitudes,, maybe it would more suit your pet needs and be more able to protect itself

I feel you have a short fuse. So far, most of the threads you have posted has been something mean about your pets. It's usually they have done something to piss you off. It's good that you are honest about what you have done and making sure it won't happen again, but I feel that with your temper, it's not going to change. By spanking him, it's not going to correct the problem. I just feel you need to control your temper. Whatever you do, good luck to you.

well...there's honest for honesty's sake and there is drama for dama's sake - I think this person knows in her heart why she keeps posting these kinds of threads and Scooby - if you truly need help TAKE THE HELP offered to you !!

Do you have a member closeby that can maybe take your puppy for a few days to see how you do ? Yorkies may not be the breed for you. They can be stubborn that's for sure but we have to remember - they're SMALL and can get hurt or die VERY EASILY as you already know.
