Unless you are going to breed your dog I really do see what difference it makes but I know a lot of people feel it's very important which is fine too. I never even sent the papers in on my dog because I had him neutered and I certainly don't intend to sell or give him away so for me it didn't make any difference. I did see Gleason's mom and dad so I knew where he came from and that was all I needed.

Penny was an early birthday present. (the BIG 5-0)

The person that bought her for me saw her mom and dad. And she knows the person. She is ckc. But I don't really understand all that. I just fell in love and plan to have her spayed when she is old enough. She is my baby and I love her so much.

I am taking Penny to see the breeder this weekend for a visit.

Most breeders shouldn't get upset.
But in my area... when someone calls and says I'm interested in Just a Pet.
Then they start ask about what is the registry.
Makes you wonder if the person is trying to get ahold of your pup for breeding purposes.
