All I can say is I'm SO GLAD your vet got that awful thing GONE ! Poor baby - that sounds like it could have made her even sicker than she was - I'm so glad she's feeling better  |

| You've got to be kidding! That is positively yucky! Makes my skin crawl! I'll bet it grossed you out! Glad she is doing better now. I would imigine she could have gotten a really bad infection from having it in her! YKuck! Pat |

| I saw this thing on the discovery channel where HUMANS get them (they live in undeveloped areas in "villages" )......... i think how they got theirs was taht the prasite started out in the water, ad then made its way through the bloodstream and hatched.... and then it would "break its way out" of the skin when it was developed enough......... "the adult worms could grow as much as 12 inches or something like that........... sooooooooooooooo gross |
