| Wierd tale angle I mean weird tail angle! Duh All of a sudden Adie's tail (docked) is going to one side instead of the middle. I have moved it back and forth to see if there is any pain and there isn't. Any thoughts on this? Last edited by Lou; 02-07-2008 at 12:56 PM. Reason: mispelled tail but can't change it in the subject line! |

| I figured it could not be that simple. Does she carry the tail to the side when she is walking and trotting. Is she wagging it? Could she have a hot spot on the base of her tail or could her anal sacs need expressing? The only other thing I could think would a spinal injury of some kind. I hope it is nothing serious. |

The weirdest thing!...............Adie's tail is right back to where it should be. Go figure. I am inclined to believe that it was her anal gland now. It seems to be OK though. (Not that I know how to express in on such a small dog!) She hasn't done anything out of the ordinary. She ran, jumped and wagged her tail like crazy. And like I said before she didn't react at all to my moving her tail up and down or back and forth. And yes tiggerr I meant spayed! LOL Good God how stupid is that? I got a real chuckle from your post! | |

| Well it WAS back to the normal position. She was carrying it to the right again yesterday. I forgot to check this morning. One thing I did though was held a treat in front of her then I would take it to the side to make her turn that direction without moving her feet. Whichever side I took it to that is the side her tail would go to.?????? |
