I figured it could not be that simple. Does she carry the tail to the side when she is walking and trotting. Is she wagging it? Could she have a hot spot on the base of her tail or could her anal sacs need expressing? The only other thing I could think would a spinal injury of some kind. I hope it is nothing serious.
