| Dog Litter? What is it? What is it made of? Does it work for you/your puppy? Do you scoop it like for cats? Does your yorkie baby try to eat it? So far I've got Scrappy training on potty pads, but we go through at least one or two a day and this could get expensive until/if we start trying to train him to go outside. Please help! |

I put the wee wee pads inside the boxes, this helps them understand that 'rugs' are not pee pads, they must step into the box to pee. I buy BULK pads on ebay. I buy at least 800 at a time, they wind up being no more than $ 0.10 a pad, as I could go through 5 a day

| I haven't tried it myself but I've heard good things about it. I think its pretty much like cat litter but not sure. Theres also washable pee pads you may want to look into. I've heard of a few people on YT try them and they love them. |

| I tried the litter & didn' like it. It would get stuck in his feet & tracked about the house & plus he liked to play with it....flinging it around with his nose & feet. I use the pee pads in the litter box & it works well. |

| The thing is... the pee pads don't fit inside the small litter box we got. We got a smaller litter box so it would fit inside his crate with his bed and everything so he'd have a place to go just in case he's gotta go while he's in the crate. (though he's not very good or happy about using it) Also, should I pull the litter box out for him to use when he's roaming, or just leave the potty pads flat with the litter/pad box inside the crate? |

The litter boxes I have are the medium ones. I still have to fold the pad under a little bit, but then it fits right in Mine are now 3 years old. We have 1 potty area upstairs and 1 potty are downstairs.

| we are getting ready to move from pee pads to doggie litter. We have already bought everything. The litter is like large pellets that are make of a paperlike substance. Mine likes to et it a little so the transition might be a little difficult. I know several people that use this and love it. |

| I use a natural kitty litter that is pellets which I believe is similar to the litter made for dogs. My two love to try to go after the kitty litter so I can only imagine they would do the same if I used a dog litter box.

| I've never used dog litter, so I don't know what it is. I just put pee pads in a doggy litter box. Easy to keep clean and easy to change!

| yes I have used it but I switched to feline pine because it melts to saw dust you can use in your gardening. It is for cats but my dogs don't know that! You can spray dog attractant on the box and they will come. |

| I believe the litter is made of recycled paper or such. I tried it for a week but after I caught Jambo trying to consume it I said heck with that and use the pee pad inside the litter box as well. I use a large litter box as my baby likes to circle around before he does his #2 and this way he the poop stays in the box. I have two (one upstairs and downstairs) and he knows to use both. |
