Just out of curiosity...does your work not have security cameras? If they do you can get them and review the tapes...get a face on the man...give it to the police and they will arrest him!

You never have answered all the questions about security cameras at your work place. Even the parking lots or the any business around the area that would show a person in the area with the yorkie. Was it in a crate or carrier? That would be easy to get the tape out on media and be able to show the person that has the dog. Media people really notice and will get people watching. Sorry for your loss but I would make sure you check out the security cameras in the area.

NO I WORK IN A PRETTY SECLUDED OFFICE THERE ARE ONLY 3 OFFICES AND 2 OUTTA THE 3 ARE THERE ONLY HALF THE TIME. THE MAN CAME INTO MY OFFICE INQUIRING ON THE CHIROPRACOR NEXT DOOR I SAID THERE NOT OPEN TODAY, AND MY OTIS WAS JUST LET OUT TO EAT HIS LUNCH AND STRETCH... I KEEP HIM IN A CARRIER SO HES NOT UNDER EVERY ONES FEET... BEFORE I KNEW IT THE MAN WAS GONE AND OTIS WAS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND... I GAVE THE POLICE A DESCRIPTION ON THE MAN, HE WAS 5'9 SCRAGLY WEARING A PENELTON MISSUNG TEETH,BLACK HAIR, THE POLICE SHOW NOT MUCH CONCERN FOR PEOPLE LET ALONE FAMILY PETS.... I FEEL AWFUL, I FEEL ITS MY FAULT, THAT MAN HAD NO RIGHT TO COME ITO MY PLACE OF WORK WHERE I HAVE WORKED FOR 4 YEARS AND TAKE MY PRECIOUS LITTLE BOY...

NO CAMERAS, NO GOOD SECURITY NOTHING.... MY HEART FEELS LIKE IT HAS BEEN RIPPED OUTTA MY CHEST... HE WAS MINE AND HAS BEEN GOING WITH ME EVERYWHERE SINCE THE DAY HE WELCOMED ME INTO HIS LIFE... HE WAS MY COMPANION, MY FRIEND LIKE MY CHILD... I HOPE HE FINDS HIS WAY BACK TO ME, I HOPE HES SAFE AND WARM AND BEING TAKEN CARE..

I just logged on and received your PM. I sent you an email. I will print several copies of the flier and post them for you immediately. With all the trouble that can arise in SOME of the Stockton/Florin areas, I am pretty sure some store near your work has video.....the idea to ask around is a good one. Do it quick though because some only keep a few days of tape. Im sure you are terribly busy doing everything you can. So I want offer any help I can. OH!!! And I just received the flier on my email! I will print it now and run copies across to my friend at Pet Haven!

yeah most places do but i work the right of stockton from the pet haven, and the only thing near me is a feild on 1 side and some apartments across the street... so im S.O.L. the only thing Otis has going for him now is craigslist, yorkietalk, myspace, petfinder, kijiji, and all the nice people that have spread the word to help... I have a flyer taped to the back window of my car im a driving advertisment for my little guy

Thinking out loud here....Couple of questions. Did you check at the chiropracters to see if maybe he might have been in there before? You said the man was scraggly. Did he look homeless or destitute? If he was, he may have just wanted a puppy for himself (which means he will take care of Otis until you get him back). If he looked destitute, you might inquire at any local shelters for a regular with a new puppy.

Still sending prayers and hugs your way. We hate lost puppies! And especially stolen puppies!
