yeah most places do but i work the right of stockton from the pet haven, and the only thing near me is a feild on 1 side and some apartments across the street... so im S.O.L. the only thing Otis has going for him now is craigslist, yorkietalk, myspace, petfinder, kijiji, and all the nice people that have spread the word to help... I have a flyer taped to the back window of my car im a driving advertisment for my little guy
