| Oh don't give me that..... you're going to tell me that if you paid well over a thousand dollars for a pup, REGARDLESS of WHY you wanted her, that if she arrived to you unhealthy and misrepresented... YOU wouldn't be angry??

| I don't believe you even had her vet checked yet! How can you determine what's wrong with her! Poor baby. |

| That's the risk you take when you buy a dog sight unseen. Hope she finds a home with some love in it. |

| I'm not commenting on anything but the Paypal issue... If you paid through a charge card you can do a chargeback, regardless of how paypal feels. I have said many times that paypal does this(doesn't refund due to item not as described off of ebay and someday people will believe me I know because I had the exact same thing happen. Also if you paid through your bank account, check with your bank to see if you can do a charge back. It'll be a lot of work and probably get a letter from the vet to state your case but worth it in the long run. If you paid with funds already in your paypal account, they are gone and can NOT be recovered.

| Regardless of whether the OP plans on breeder or not that is not what she was posting about. She was deceived into buying a dog that was not represented truthfully. I think she has every right to be angry and to attempt to return her and get her money back. Unfortunately that may not be in the cards as far as the outcome of this but that is what this is about. When she asks for opinions on whether or not she should breed then go ahead and let her have it but right now she was sharing with us her new dog that turned out to not be what was expected. Geeze... can we give it a rest with the backlash for once and save it for when it is warrented

| I think sometimes people get a little carried away with looking down on others and quick to pass judgment...that being said, I am sorry for what you are going through, It is a terrible feeling to expect a loving health puppy only to get a sick underfed one. Especially when you pay good money for it. While I do think you made a couple mistakes in buying the dog the way you did, none of that really matters now, and I hope you have learned a good lesson. I feel terrible for your situation and hope it is resolved quickly.

I'm confused too - I thought this was for a new pet since you lost one. I see it's not about this at all. I wish that poor baby all the best - it doesn't sound like she's unhealthy - it sounds like she needs a good home and some good food .... a few teeth pulled is no big deal - lots of yorkies have multiple teeth pulled - she should have had them done a long time ago. I can't imagine flying a dog all over the place then putting that poor thing BACK on a flight again - that's just too much...She must be terrified | |

| Donating YT 10K Club Member | Sometimes haste makes people disregard warning signs and red flags (and I mean signs from a buyer's point of view)..I could mention the ones I see immediately in this transaction...but by far the one that screams the loudest is the fact the seller has not inquired whether your not you even received Gloria...

| I think she is beautiful. Just the sight of her in that carrier, has melted my heart.I wish I could take her. I'm sure that the proper food would fatten her up. But I do understand how you feel, as well. Vet bills have a way of adding up. I'm so sorry for you both. Janelles |

| I am a little confused. I though the lady who sold her to you now wanted her back. Isn't that correct? So if that is the case, shouldn't be a problem.

| Let's hope that next time you put a dog through the stress of being "shipped" to you (however mode of transportation that may be), that you are a little more thorough so she's not put through it for nothing. Poor little girl. Seems like Your error is going to mean more stress for her.
