| You should also try a ball. We have one of those dodge ball type balls, only smaller and we can roll that across the room and our yorkie will retrieve it and we just continue tossing it. Tennis balls work as well.

| I get 3-4 times a night with Chase, Some of the trips outside were needed, but now it is like, oh mom I heard something I just wanted to investigate. So then I started telling him to go back to sleep, you don't need to potty. This works long enough for me to fall back to sleep, next thing I know I have a little 6 month old yorkie biting my ears or nose. It is so hard to be upset with him because it is like he can sense it, this is the time he turns on the charm, he will snuggle up real close give you yorkie kisses and go back to sleep. Layla will be 2 yrs in March, for the most part she sleeps all night, but on occasion I will have to get up with her to go potty. |
