| I am so excited that you found your Yorkie baby! Tell us all about him! I know you're glad your search is finally over and you can move on to the fun of spoiling!!! How are your other pets reacting?

| "Sorry I ask you guys so many questions but I'm like a mother with a newborn baby and freak out every time she does something ... " Don't ever hesitate to ask questions!! We welcome them here because most all of us have been in your shoes! Getting advice by asking questions has probably saved Toto's little life more than once! When we first bought Toto, Dr. Lucy told us to never hesitate to call her at the office and at home day or night! I have her on "speed dial" and can't count the times I have done just that! I have even called her from the baby food section of a grocery store in another state and she patiently listened to ingredients I read to her and approved/disapproved them for Toto when she was going through one of her "finicky periods"!! She sincerely meant it when she told us to call and we sincerely mean it when we tell you to ask!!

| I discovered tapeworms in Mia's stool a few months ago. I freaked out becasue she's kept inside, clean and on heartgaurd and I treat her with frontline. The vet told me about it being from fleas and that she could have picked one up on a walk or a short romp outside. Heartgaurd does not prevent tapeworm. If a flea is on them for a very brief time and they happen to ingest the flea they can get tapeworms. I felt guilty about her having any type "worm" and the vet assured me that it wasn't my fault. Anyway she got the meds and I had her tested shortly there after and she was clear.
