| All of these sound like great suggestions! I leave Cooper for about 7 hours every day. The first couple of days were hard, but now he is doing great. I have him in the laundry room with a crate, food, water and toys. I think he spends a lot of time in his crate. I also spend about 20 minutes with him in the morning and I am fully prepared for his explosion of energy when I get home! When he is older, I plan to walk him before and after work. I don't leave a tv or radio on, although I might start doing that. I used to leave the tv on for my JRT and he seemed to enjoy the "company." |
