| I know I felt so guilty... Like how could I have even brought her somewhere that would let this endure??? I still feel bad about it... I feel like I couldnt protect her

| AAAAAAAH! I KNOW!!! I feel like a failure as a Mommy... I should have not even take a picture and demanded my money back... I think maybe I was in a bit of shock too... I never really had anybody treat Roxy like that while they were holding her... Usually I wouldnt even let someone hold her that said or acted like that... I feel so guilty... I'm so used to Roxy recieving love everywhere she goes that dogs are allowed, I didnt expect Santa of all ppl to be mean...
