| Roxy & the Case of the Mean Santa... My bf and me decided we would go to "Overly's Country Christmas", and for anybody who doesnt know what that is... Its this great big place, I'm sure you have one in your area... that has tons of Christmas lights, decorations, food, a Santa Clause, bon fire, sleigh rides... all kinds of good stuff... I go there every year with my boyfriend, and this year since it wasnt excrutiatingly cold, we decided to take Roxy... There was a day that was taking donations for the Humane Society... So we decided to go that day. I took a bunch of doggy treats and food which got me 3 dollars off, but I just gave the money back them anyways and told them it was a donation too for the heat this winter. The lady in the booth giving tickets also had her doggy with her... I went in and there werent a lot of ppl there, prolly cause of the weather, it didnt really seem Christmas-y since it was so warm... And there were about 3 other dogs there... I carried Roxy the whole time and so we decided it was time to go see Santa after we got a bunch of pictures.... *starting to cry* I was so excited because it was Roxy's first time seeing Santa... I couldnt wait to get a picture... We went in and I got my camera ready. There were a bunch of kids they let just cut in front of us, but I didnt care, I'd rather have them out before me so that way I could get pictures without them trying to hold or pet Roxy. So I let them all go, and it was just me and my bf & Roxy... And Santa... COMPLETELY OUT OF CHARACTER GOES... "Alright, let's get this DOG out of the way..." I was shocked... but I sucked up my pride... because I wanted a picture... HE THEN HELD ROXY LIKE SHE WAS A DISEASE!!! LIKE HE COULDNT STAND THE SITE OF HER!!! He said "I got the allergies"... And I said "You got the nerve too!!! Roxy wouldnt make you sick... She doesnt cause flair ups in allergies!!!.. btw, You are one BAD SANTA!" I cried, and my bf felt really bad cause he knew how much it meant to me, I wrote a complaint to Overly's telling them when they said it was okay for me to bring my dog and have her sit on Santa's lap, I didnt know I was going to be treated this way... Poor Roxy, she looks so uncomfortable.. Here are the pictures... Look how MEAN Santa was!!! Bestowe your eyes upon the EVIL SANTA!!! (the last pic is just her in a train! lol! So cute!) So beware Yorkie owners of the EVIL SANTA!!! He saw me a few weeks later in a store, the day before Christmas and told me he was sorry, but thats probably because Overlys told him somebody complained, and I knew he would know it was me. He said he was sorry, and he asked me if I "take that dog everywhere"... I said, "yes, she's my baby, the only one I have... so that I make sure I dont end up with Adults like YOU!", and he said he really was "sorry", for whatever thats worth... It won't change Roxy's first Christmas experience of sitting on Santa's lap & him being a jerk... BTW.. I paid $6 for him to insult my dog, hold her like a disease, take a terrible polaroid picture, and then rush me out. I had all of 45 sec. While the kids got a ton of time... I am a paying customer too...!!! How mean...

| Awww sorry this was such a bad time for you...I know for a fact that Santa gets peed on by many kids in a season!!!! I was talking a santa at the mall and he told me it happens alot. He may have been a bit worried...even though I think a toddler is more likely to pee on a lap then one of our babies!!!!

| He was very mean, and I know for a fact there werent that many kids there... So I doubt he got peed on. There was only about 40 ppl all together there, and only about 10 of them were kids... and only a handful small enough to not control their bladders... But I was very upset that you could see Roxy's... "special area" because of the way he was holding her... It ruins the whole picture... I wanted her to look relaxed and comfy... She even had on her whole Christmas ensemble!

| Yeah, I think next year I will go to Canine Confections, where I get all Roxy's cakes, cookies, & specially made goodies. They had a Santa up there, but I had missed him by the time I found out. I will probably go there next year. Either that or maybe I'll just pay to get a photographer take some classy Christmas pictures of her... BUT I really DO want the good Santa experience for her...

| Trust me I gave him a mini-earful, thats how I know that when he was told there was a complaint about the way he treated a dog, I knew he knew it was me... I said some choice words, and departed... I was so mad, I wanted to salvage what was left of our time... thus the pics of Roxy in the train... lol
