Congratulations on you new furbaby, Parker is going to have alot of fun with his new sibling... They only names I can think of are Prissy, Dior and Diamond.

You sound so excited and I'm very happy for you.

Ohhhhh I really like Prissy and Parker...lol. I am going to have to run that by my husband, but TOO cute! I like Dior as well...very shee shee!! Thanks Charly!

how exciting!! we are going to be getting a lil sissy for Avie also, in the upcoming months.. hopefully sooner than later! anyways..i most definately think you should stick with the "P" theme, you've got goin' on!

I have to say I love the name Pixie and it stays with the "P" in Parker!

Also wanted to say I had Murphy first and than bought Mia from a breeder when Mia was 7 months old. She took to Murphy pretty much within about 3 - 4 days. Also her name was orginally Louise and I renamed her to Mia to Match Murphy right away. It took no time at all so I am sure your baby girl will be fine.

BTW she is just adorable. I can not wait to see more pictures of her and that adorable Parker!!

They adjust to name changes just fine. My mom got a shih tzu when she was 11 mos. and she changed her name, and she learned it right away.

Awwww....as soon as I saw her I thought of the name Precious, she really is. Parker is so lucky. He's gonna love her. Hope the week goes quickly for you. Enjoy!!!

My first yorkie was a rescue, he had been abused, and not from the same city I lived, the deal was since he was so abused, that I rename him, they hoped the new city and new name would make sure his previous owner would not ever find him..

He was about 2 years old, and we renamed him from Stormy to Brandy. He took it very well.. but we did it from day one..hope this helps you..
