I am praying for your baby's safe return. I wish I was there to help you search. |
My boxer was stolen when he was pup- we drove up and down the streets looking for him - then one day I saw him tied up at a house - well, I marched myself up there and got my dog - hubby said that was not safe - but I wasn't thinking - I was pissed! Also, I had a precious boston terrier get stolen out of my yard -years ago. So I started Driving around local parks on warm days - I found my pup being walked by a young man - I played it off like they had "rescued him" paid them "reward money" and walked away with my dog - Sounds like I live in bad neighborhoods - I don't -idiots think they can make money off of bostons and boxers because they look like pitt bulls. Anyway, my point is, keep your eyes open - drive around - and carry a photo and the papers of your dog in your car. If spot your dog - be careful- and see if you can talk em out of it - by using the "reward money". |

I found a little Miniature Schnauzer years ago that definitely was lost. It was going from garage to garage and looked so lost. I brought it home with me and it bonded right away with our Miniature Schnauzer. It was such a sweet female. I took pictures of her and posted flyers everywhere. I got tons of phone calls and filtered them by asking things like: What color collar did she have...etc. I had grown so attached to her that I would have had no problem keeping her. One day after having so many calls I received one that stopped me in my tracks. I did the normal questions to filter out people that just wanted to claim her. The person said, "If this is my dog go in and ask her what little girls do for diamonds." HUMMMM... I did,and she rolled over on her back and SPREAD EAGLE. No doubt this was their dog! Her husband taught her the trick and they came over and had a very HAPPY REUNION! LOL I was so happy to find the right owners! |

I still think of and pray for Delilah. I hope she is fat and warm wherever she is until she is reunited with her mama. |

That was cute, may try to teach that to my angel when I find her. Ya know, I would be willing to never have Delilah in my arms again if I could just know she was safe, fat, and warm. I do miss her so much still! |

Tissy, I read your post this morning about your new little girl and noticed that someone said something about Delilah, so I found this post and read every page and kept hoping that there was some good news in here somewhere. I am so sorry for your loss. I hope that somehow, someway she will come home to you. We lost our little baby boy Peanut on Jan. 2 in an accident. :( I know how gut wrenching it must be not to know. You, Delilah & Macy will be in my prayers.:big_hug: |

Tissy, Someone must have her. I hope you will be reunited soon. If something terrible had happened you would have known by now. We are all praying for her safe return. |

Here I go hijacking another thread. Thank you for your condolences. We miss him terribly and talk about him all the time. We have a little girl on the way. She was born last Friday and will come home the end of March or the first of April. We live in the McCutchanville area. I've lived in this area my whole life. I've met so many friendly people here and I'm learning so much. Reading this thread touched my heart. Thanks for the hugs :) |
Still no news. We continue our prayers for you and your dear little Delilah. |
