My little shadow follows me everywhere, but it's not so sweet because she is biting my feet the whole way.

I knew when I got Lola she would like to be held a lot. I had seen the slings they make for newborn babies and thought someone has to have one for dogs. I found a dog sling on ebay for $13. It works GREAT! I strap Lola into it across my chest. It fits pretty snug, but she LOVES it. She stays warm and can stick her head out if she's awake, but the best part is that BOTH of my hands are completely free!

I don't worry about her falling out because it snug against me. I'd recommend it! It's also great for shopping trips too!

I am so used to my two clinging vines....I just tell myself that's the way they are. It takes some getting used to but there are days when I really need some me time and I do mean at home whether to clean or eat or what ever...so I just put them both in another room with their toys for a half hour or so and then i feel much better. Back to being at my ankles....but what would i do without them

omg i don't know what i'd do if morgan was like that. she's pretty independent and i'm thankful for that. I mean she plays with me and sits with me and follows me (to the kitchen LOL) but then she can go and lay down to be by herself. i too thought of the family guy episode because it was just on yesterday. LOL too funny

When chester was a puppy I would have to leave the bathroom door open so he could come in, so he knew where I was, I still leave it open a little but he just stays in bed now.

Omgosh I could NEVER walk into a room and close the door without Susanah in there with me. I have done it accidently and I can hear the panic in her little voice and she will hurt herself trying to get THROUGH the closed door.

OMG that little video clip is hilarious!! Izzy is just like S'anah but I am so used to it now and just go with our flow.

She is my little shadow when not playing with the cat peeps or chasing our neighborhood squirrels all over the back yard. I love it when she cuddles with me but it does make it hard to type on YT when she's on your lap..lol.

Ya Know Daisy Mae is still a Clingon At almost 6 years old.

So it don't always go away. I do have to say though I am glad they are not all like that.
I would run out of lap room fast.

Luckily Tucker doesn't need me to hold him all the time but he is my shadow and I can't go anywhere without him. 99% of the time I don't mind. I know the feeling of trying to carry a full laundry basket with a Yorkie trying to get involved...and there are 2 flights of stairs involved when I do laundry. Now I just plop Tucker in the laundry basket and it's away we go!

I'm almost afraid to take her back to the vet. I know they are going to tell me she is overweight.

Can ya'll imagine me having to put the Poopanut, who has no clue what the word NO means on a DIET?

Aww, I'm sure she's not overweight...she's just pleasantly plump!

Tucker's no size 0 himself at almost 6.5 pounds. The Poopanut doesn't look bigger than him in your avatar!

I guess I am "lucky" because Lola is small enough that I can slip her into my sports bra and continue to do my housework....dusting, washing clothes. God forbid I attempt to go about my day WITHOUT her within a 5 inch radius of me!

On a related note, how funny is that that they each have such distinct personalities. Although I had Tino a year before we got Lola he is WAY more independent...you'd think it would be the other way around because she always has him to pal around with.
