Mommy, mommy, mommy, MOMMY.... Yes, it is another one of THOSE days with the Poopanut. Don't get me wrong, I am so grateful and feel so blessed to have a little yorkie girl who loves me as much as my S'anah does, but sometimes I wish she would just lay down and take a nap, play with a toy, eat breakfast/lunch/dinner without me. All she wants is to be held. If I put her down and walk away she is right on my heels jumping up and trying to grab my leg with her front paws. I walked all the way down the hall carrying a basket full of towels with Susanah up on her hind legs and her front paws wrapped around my calf. :rolleyes: I cleaned the entire bathroom with one hand. Why? Because my other arm was holding Susanah. As long as I hold her she will lay her head on my shoulder and go to sleep. If I lay her down her eyes pop open and she beats me to the bedroom door. "Mommy, whatdja lay me down for? Huh, mommy? Pick me up. Please? Mommy, will you hold me? Hold me, mommy. Please? Please, Mommy? Mommy, mommy, mommy, mommy, mommy, MOMMY MOMMY MOMMY, MOM, MAMA, MOMMMMMY!!!!" It's only 10:30 in the morning. It is going to be a LOOOOOOONG day. :( |
:laugh: I am picturing you carrying that laundry basket in that manner, because Luna does the same thing to me. THough it has gotten better, she will go and lay down or play without me, but for the first few months of her life, it was all about Mommy:p She'll grow out of this, or at least improve to where you can clean with both hands:laugh: |

OMG! LOL! That's IT! That is Susanah 100%! That is exactly what she does only instead of saying, "Hi." and running off, she raises up so I'll pick her up and hold her! |
lol when i read your post that video clip came to my head before i saw it was posted... it goes away, and you'll miss it...lol..Belle is very independent now |
