can you do a charge back with your credit card?

If she has no funds in her paypal account you won't see it. I hope you paid with a credit card.

Yeah She's On Here, Which Was The Reason Why I Signed Up Here.. I Wanted To See What Kind Of Scam Shes Running... I Think She Gets Her Puppies From Colorado. She Mentioned It Once, I Think It Slipped Her Mouth. She Lives In Corona,ca Well, So I Think Anyway Because She Gave Me An Address, The Problem Is, She Gave Me A Street Name And City That Exist But The Street Number Doesn't. I'm Calling Abc (tv) And Making A Big Deal About This, And Paypal,and The Whole Puppy Scam. I Have Her Phone Number So Maybe Then Someone Might Act On Something.
