I've been using them for a while and had no problems. I manage my account and refills online. My vet doesn't carry Interceptor so he gives me a script. I also shop around online before I order through 1800petmeds. I tell them what site I found them cheaper and they match the price too. I always receive my meds in a timely manner.

Not used them but did order Frontline and Heartguard from
Joespetmeds.com. When they came the Fontline was leaking out of
the package because three vials were broke and all the heartguard
cells were broken open because the box looked like it was run over
by the UPS truck!
Got a credit and won't go threw that again. It's easier to go to the
vet's and cough up the additional $.
