| Poor Mr Biggs!!!! I'm so glad he was OK. I would never trust a retail store employee to know that much. I don't use any flea stuff but that is scary! I'm glad he is OK!!!

| I went to petsmart last night, but got there at almost 8....and the Banfield closed at 7. I was so pissed off! I spoke to one of the people who work at petsmart and they said to call tomorrow (today) and ask to speak to the cheif of staff for this Banfield location. He said that they'll have to open up a grievance for it. I'm just so upset and pissed that this happened to my baby! And I definitely don't want them to be so careless as to let this happen again. My office's xmas party is today, so I won't get home in enough time to go to PetSmart this afternoon. But I'm going to call and I'll go in person tomorrow. I want to make sure that something like this never happens there again! Thanks everyone for your concern!

| I'm so sorry this happened to your baby. I'm glad you realized right away and he's doing good. But to be fair, Petsmart didn't almost kill your baby. An individual who took care of you at Banfield made the error. Banfield is affiliated with Petsmart in the US, but they are not owned or run by Petsmart, in fact Banfield has been around for 30 years longer than Petsmart. I agree you should absolutely talk to the Chief of Staff about what happened and who took care of your so that they can properly discipline that person and put the proper training steps in place to prevent this from happening again. Maybe its the business law class I'm taking right now, but your comment was very slanderous towards Petsmart. Last edited by shelbell77; 12-20-2007 at 08:53 AM. |
