| for those of you interested in the red Yorkie puppy coat I have noticed that the coats on the red puppies aren't as "vibrant" as when they were born...it has lightened up a bit. They used to be a darker red than Tiah's face and legs; now they are lighter than that. They are a LOT softer in person than they look in the photos. Their fur isn't the slightest bit course or cottony. Also, I have read that the red/liver colored puppies don't have pigment around the eyes. These puppies don't seem to be void of a pigment. Just thought some of you may be curious. I am still very curious as to how they will turn out with their adult coats....we all know the standard puppies look nothing like an adult Yorkie, but more like a Rotty or a Doberman. |

| Thank you! I must say, all four of them are so darned sweet! I pick them all up and they lay on their backs all relaxed while I kiss their chests, necks and all over their little faces and heads! They are what I call "a handful of love"! |

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | I noticed the change in color - they are way cute and I think we're all curious to see them grow and change...I hope we get to see them reach adults - You said you're keeping one ? What about the others ? |

| Oh, I just don't know....you know how tempting it is to keep them all, but that would be impossible. I take my responsibilities very seriously and am limited in how long I can be gone now due to my pets. Haven't gone on vacation in years! They get their little puppy physicals next week and that is also when I will force myself to contact AKC and get it over with. I will post a thread as to my puppies' health and with what AKC tells me. |

| I think the color is beautiful, especially with the dark little noses. Are their nails black too? |

| The nails are mixed right now and still changing....as are the pads on their feet. I'll have to get a picture of the bottom of their little feet, they are really cute! The girl's nose turned all black and the boy's still has some spotting but is mostly black now. |

| Julie - The puppies are georgeous! They all look great, pretty small too? We are so fortunate to have happy, healthy puppies. They are so lovable. You do such great pictures, too.
