I have noticed that the coats on the red puppies aren't as "vibrant" as when they were born...it has lightened up a bit. They used to be a darker red than Tiah's face and legs; now they are lighter than that. They are a LOT softer in person than they look in the photos. Their fur isn't the slightest bit course or cottony. Also, I have read that the red/liver colored puppies don't have pigment around the eyes. These puppies don't seem to be void of a pigment. Just thought some of you may be curious. I am still very curious as to how they will turn out with their adult coats....we all know the standard puppies look nothing like an adult Yorkie, but more like a Rotty or a Doberman.
