| My mom grew up on a farm. She couldn't cook beef or chicken for years after she got married. Animal "appreciaters" can live on farms. Animal "lovers" should not.

| LMFAO!!! I am so sorry, but I can't help but DIE laughing at that! They be look like prissy indoor babies, but we must not forget they are TERRIERS! haha They were bred to be ratters! What difference is a bunny? lmao It probably tasted better than anything he's ever had. Dogs need a better diet than human food, especially nasty FatDonalds. Sorry, I hate that place with a passion as I do majority of fast food places

| It's been said before, but yorkies are TERRIERS that were bred to hunt and kill rodents. It's ingrained in them to chase after small animals in the yard, and if they catch them, it's also instinctual to kill them. It's not pretty, and it makes me sad too, but as much as we like to think that our yorkies our "babies", they are DOGS, and we need to remember they are animals. Nature will take over when they're outside, and their primal instincts kick in, though you've nurtured, taught, and cared for your dog so much they seem like a little person inside your home. To the OP-I'm sure the rabbit was a healthier meal for the dog than the fast food is. Fresh, raw, wild rabbit should be just fine for dogs to eat. I'm not sure about disease, so I'd keep an eye on the dog, but realistically, wild dogs eat all kinds of animals, and their stomachs are made to handle bacteria that human stomachs are not (which is why they can eat raw meat without getting sick, as we can't).
